I remember rogerborg, you told me about some putty stuff to make a sort of earplug. still in my watched items on ebay many moons on.

i find i don't bother with headphones because they won't bloody stay in when putting helmet on and off.

any chance that putty stuff is any good for moulding around a headphone to help it stay in? or is that adding shit for the helmet to pull out?

headphones + putty ok for hearing? after i've been commuting 120 mile a day, without ear plugs, i can feel i've lost some part of my hearing and don't want to lose much/any more

In ear earphones and a headband/ head sweatband thing = winning

Generally my in ear earphones always work, but in the winter with a snood holding them in place they work like ear buds and block out noise, you then also have the choice to listen to some motivational tunes on the way into work.

Depends on the lid. No problems with my Nitro flippy. Only one way to find out. I've got them moulded smooth on the outside which I tell myself gives the lid less leverage to haul them out.

Longest stint I've done with them is 10 hours, Glasgow to Glanamman. Comfort was fine, no fatigue, no ringing. Works for me.

you can buy those type of buds for any set of ear bud style headphones. very cheaply... was thinking of giving them a try too.

also, whilst here, anyone used sennheiser cx200 earphones? seen some for cheaps and also can't find my jvc gumy feckers anywhere.

Doesn't work. Tried this a few years ago. Just buy a bog standard £5 pair of in-ear earphones.
