Put the bike on the side-stand, and watch the Engine Light as you turn on the ignition.
Count the number of long and short flashes - this represents a number.
Long flash = 10, short flash = 1, so 3 x Long plus 4 x short = 34.
Post back with the result. ____________________ Honda Varadero XL125(V8)

Yeah you can get a multi meter from halfords, although tool station is probably cheaper.
Put the dial to dc volts 20, then put the red lead on the positive battery terminal, and the black lead on the negative.
They usually sit at around 12.5volts, you can also check the voltage as you try to start it, if the voltage drops dramatically (say 9 volts) then the battery will need changing. ____________________ Previously owned: Kawasaki KH125, Suzuki GP125, Suzuki GX 125, Honda CB125 TDC '83, Honda ntv 600, Kawasaki ER5, Kawasaki ZZR600, Aprilia RSV 1000 Mille
