Kmx HELP!!

My Kmx was running fine until today when I was at a set of lights as I put it in 1st gear it wouldn't move at at tried 2nd still nothing. It was as if the chain had came off (it hadn't). The bike starts an ticks over but when I put it in gear it doesn't go any where could somebody give me any idea as to what the problem come be. I've tried starting it up an changing through all the gears be it just won't go😟😟😟

Sounds like the cylinder has seized.

Sounds like your clutch may have gone, though it's a little unusual that it's apparently gone so suddenly.

If you put it in gear (with engine off) and try pushing it, is there any drag at all? Or does it just feel the same as being in neutral?

As mentioned above, check to see if you have any free play in the cable first but if it is the clutch and it's at the stage where it's slipping so much that you're not moving at all then you're most likely going to be needing to replace the clutch plates at least.

Thanks for the replies and help. When the engine isn't running an I put it in gear it's still as if it's in neutral I replaced the clutch plates not to long ago but they were cheap ones to be honest and I didn't replace the steel plates if that would cause them to wear so fast any more info on it would be great help. Thank you. Looks like I may have to strip it down and have a look I will try adjusting it at the lever first tho just incase. Cheers 😉
