Depends on the bike and the car. I'd say an RXS100 in a Passat is possible. Maybe a bit of disassembly.

This was my attempt with a CB250N in a Mitsubishi Outlander. All doors shut. Only thing removed was mirrors and bars.

Good effort, that... I'd be inclined to take off the petrol tank though. I'm sure you can fit an RSX100 into an estate car boot. I once transported an old Z400 twin in the back of a Citroen Dyane so anything's possible...

Advice I needed at the time, as it's a company vehicle and the tank was nearly full. It seeped slightly out of the filler. And it stunk like for a couple of weeks. Even though I used an old bed spread.

I wasn't popular! Laughing

I know it's not particularly helpful, but I managed to squeeze a honda dax (copy) into the back of a 3door hyundai getz. folded the rear seats, collapsed the handlebars and it just fit, with room for 2 passengers Very Happy

CR125 & a H100 in a KA on separate occasions. Just throw it in and tie the boot down with something and you'll be fine.

I got a suzuki gs125 into a 6th gen toyota celica. It was already partly dismantled so was quite easy.

Should go in an estate car no problem. Just bring your tools with you.

I put an RXS100 frame with the engine still in it across the back seat of a Morris Minor, so with a bit of disassembly you'll be fine.

I have fitted a Yammy RS100 (nearly the same as an RXS) into the back of a Toyota Avensis saloon with the seats down.

Admittedly not in one bit. the wheels and fuel tank were removed and the oils drained. These bikes are light enough to lift in a car relatively easily.
