My Bike (2015 R1200GS) feels like its leaning when riding. I noticed it more when I had the missus on the back, sorry the missus pointed out I didn't look like I was in the middle of the bike and when I shifted it felt very wrong. The bars don't look like they line up with the fairing either. Being shaft drive I can't adjust the rear wheel so... Help, please?

No, but I have done some very light off roading wonder if Ive hit too many bumps for it. Tyre pressures were fine last time I checked. Unless the TPG is now lying.

They use telelever suspension (to prevent the bike diving down at the front when braking. The bike will drop sort of parallel with the road surface.) so the 'forks' only serve are guides for the front wheel.
Check the alignment 1st with string between the rear and front wheels.
Check both side and extrapolate the difference. It should be almost 0º diff between L&R. (you need to make some allowance for the difference in tyre width.)

Google checking bike wheel alignment. Some phaph with a length of wood but string is simpler and easier to find in your hoose. Smile

First bike I ever rode, on my CBT, felt like it was pulling to the left and needed some force to get it to turn right. Instructor agreed, saying the forks were twisted, and swapped the bike.

if i remember rightly, bmws run off set alignment on some models.
so the rear can be as far as 25mm off set from center to the left

bmw got a bit lazy and couldnt be fucked changing the engine/swing arm design when adding fatter wheels to the rear, so just spaced out the wheel.

normally you dont notice it though

you don't get the "jacking" on the paralever bikes,
only the monolever or twin shock bikes,

ive never noticed the mis alignment to show up when you are riding.
my money is on the wheel being twisted in the forks/yokes
